---[63]—4 BAALISHT KI JAGAH RAKH KAR AASAN BANAN CHAAHIYE YOGI KO...RADHASWAMI mat mei satguru ka shabd hai...”TEEN CHHORH CHAUTHA PAD DINHA,SATNAAM SATGURU GAT CHINHA’’ ....triloki k baad yogi ka sansaar k aagey ka yaatraa ka sansaar shuru hota hai...SRI BHAGVAN ney SRI GEETA mei guru roop mei updesh kiya hai aur sri bhagvan k antardhyan honey k baad kewal geeta ji hi nahi balki sampooran SRIMAD BHAAGVAT sri bhagvan k shabd roop mei upasthit hai aur jis prakaar sikh dharm k anuyaayi SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI ko saakshaat guru roop maantey hain usi prakaar SRIMAD BHAAGVAT JI bhi SRI BHAGVAN K ROOP MEI HI UPASTHIT  HAIN...aisa jaannaa chaahiye aur aisa sri bhagvan ney bhi kaha hai...ab shareer aatma ko dhaaran kiye hai aur shreer ki oorja ka pooran prabhaav budhdhi aur soch ki tarango par hota hai aur isiliye shareer ki oorja ka niyantrit hona bahot zaroori hai...jaisi kahavat hai k JAISA KHAAYE ANN WAISA HOYE MANN....JAISA PIYE PAANI WAISI BOLEY BAANI....JAISA KIJEY MAAN WAISA DIJEY DAAN...JAISI KAREY JUKTI WAISI HOYE MUKTI...yahi baat hai k oorja ka srot sahi aur saatvik ho jissey shareer mei oorja bhi saatvik ho...maansahaar,aur bahot tej padaarth ka sewan nahi karna chaahiye...kyoki garm gun wala aur maans ya taamsik ta se bhara hua bhojan shareer k lahoo ko apney hi prakaar ki oorja dega aur dhyan mei baithney k baad waisa hi budhdhi mei bhaav aayega aur indriyo ko waisi hi chaah hogi aur mann chitt chanchal hoga aur shareer ek sthan par nishchal nahi baith sakega..fir doosri baat hai k bhojan zaroorat se kuchh kam maatraa mei kiya jaaye...2 graas ki jagah baaki rahey jo sthan vaayu ko lena hai...2 angul ka faasla tou prabhu aur bhakt k Madhya bhi rah jata hai jahan ye sansaar samaataa hai...jab yashoda ji sri bhagvan ko oakhli se baandhney ka prayaas kar rahi thi tab mata yashoda kitni bhi badi rassi karti jaati thi par sri bhagvan baal kaanha ko baandhney mei har baar 2 angul rassi kam ho jaati thi...aur ye do angul ka faasla hi rah jata hai aur yahi 2 graas ki jagah yog saadhna mei pait mei rakhni hai jissey dhyan aagey barh sakey aur vaayu apna sthan le sakey aur pait na fooley adhik bhojan k kaaran aur sthoolta na ho...sthoolta aalasya aur nidhaalta ko daavat deti hai...dhyan mei baithtey samay shareer budhdhi mann chitt shaant aur halka hona chaahiye...pairo mei har wakt joota nahi pahannaa hai kyoki jab chaltey huey talvey k neechey se samvedan bindu dabtey hain tou wo seedhey shareer k aneko bhaago ko oorjit bhi kartey hain...aur yadi koi jeev pair k neechey aaye tou mahsoos hoga aur sachet kripaalu hriday wahin rokega aur samvedna jaagegi...neechey ki oar drishti rakhtey huey vineet bhaav rakhtey huey chalna hai bhakt ko jissey swayam apney maarg ko nishkantak kar sakey aur vyavasthit dekh sakey jissey uskey peechhey chalney waalo ko bhi waisa hi supath praapt ho sakey...swayam ko ahankaar ki oonchaaii ko dekhney se bachaa sakey aur swayam ko gart mei girney se bhi rok sakey....yogi bhakt ko kewal jaagna hi shreyaskar nahi hai balki prabhaar ka pratham prahar aur raatri ka antim prahar jaagna zaroor chaahiye aur us shant vaataavaran mei...dhyan karna chaahiye....yaani jab jeev ka usha kaal hota hai yaani janam se lekar kishoraavastha tak jab dimaag ka aur shareer ka sabsey teji se vikaas hota hai tab jaagnaa chaahiye aur apney vikaas k samay kaal mei oopar kahi gaii sabhi baato ka nirvaah bhi suchaaroo roop se karna chaahiye aur jab jeev k jeevan ki raatri ka kaal ho yaani mrityu ka kaal ho tab oopar kahi gaii sabhi baato ka nirvaah karna chaahiye ...ab ye baat saamney aati hai k jeev jab janam le chukka tab usi kaal se mrityu ka kaal bhi shuru ho jata hai tou iska matlab hai k poorey jeevan kaal mei oopar kahi gaii baato ka paalan karna chaahiye aur dhyan mei sadaiv rahna chaahiye...issey jeev ka chitt shant rahega aur vichaaro mei sthoolta nahi rahegi aur na hi taamsikta rahegi aur niyantrit budhdh,soch,bhaav,shareer,indriyaan dukho ka kaaran nahi banegi aur yahi dukh ko naash karney wala dukh naashak yog hai...
